EXPERIENCE
Crystal and Steve Wyant have been educating children in the community since 1997. Crystal has over 14 years of Montessori experience and is the director of both the morning and afternoon sessions. She is assisted by two teachers in each session, for a teacher to student ratio of 1-8. Assistant teachers are also highly trained in traditional Montessori education.
PHILOSOPHY We believe…

Crystal Wyant
- the cornerstone of the Montessori approach to learning is your child’s natural curiosity.
- children should have the opportunities to develop to their maximum abilities. Teachers have the responsibility to provide those opportunities for this development to occur.
- each child is a unique individual and should be allowed to develop at his/her own pace.
- that each child is capable of developing a positive self image and to feel good about who they are.
GOALS
The primary goals of our Montessori-based approach to preschool and kindergarten education are to:
- develop positive attitudes toward school
Steve Wyant
